Training session for our netball team.

The netball team spent the morning at the University of Wales Treforest practising their dragon netball skills. The girls had some useful tips from welsh players of the Wales U21 team.

Netball Tournament At Llantrisant Sports Centre

CCFC Community Cup

On Friday 5th December Pontyclun took a group of boys to play in the CCFC league community cup, there were 6 year 6 boys and 2 year 5 boys. Firstly Pontyclun played Peter lea and Pontyclun beat Peter lea 1-0, the goal was scored by Oliver, and there could have been lots more goals. In Pontyclun's second match they played Romilly Primary School and Pontyclun lost 2-1 our goal scorer was again Oliver. Pontyclun's third match was against Oaklands, who we beat 1-0, thanks again to Oliver. In the quarter final we met All Saints School and Pontyclun tried their best to score a goal against All Saints but they could not score so it went to penalties. Sadly we lost on penalties to All Saints who went on to win the tournament.
