Rugby results this year
A fantastic turnout in training yet again with over 30 boys and girls every Tuesday after school. Just a few wins so far but as I have always said it's not the winning but the taking part that is important. Congratulations to Jack Smyth and Kieran Williams on their brilliant inclusion into the district team. Well done boys Mr. Williams

Boys football results this year
This year is an exciting year with the boys having won three matches so far. The boys have beaten Llwyncrun 4-1, Tonysguboriau 7-1 and Treorchy 6-1. This is an excellent start to the season and the team has seen three different captains so far. Oliver, Tom and Lewis have worn the arm band so far, with Oliver scoring 9 goals already. The boys started December with a bang by beating Dolau 2-0 on Monday 1/12. Tom and Callum bagged a goal each and Kieran was today's captain. The boys are now eagerly awaiting Fridays tournament. Good luck boys. There have been excellent numbers at training and the boys are all eager to play for the school this year.

A fantastic performance by our Girls Soccer Team
After coming joint first in the annual Taff area competition, the girls travelled to the Maritime sports field last week to compete in the RCT finals. There they met the winners from the Rhondda and the Cynon Valley. The eventual winners were Oaklands, but our girls: Natasha, Ffion, Katie, Ameila, Anna (after miraculously from a injury), Louise, Georgia (captain) and Laila did really well. The squad were missing influential players Megan and Juliet but did fantastically well. They ended up 3rd in RCT. Well done girls.
